Our practice began in the fall of 1990 with an office in the country. Three years later we moved into town to our present location. Lots of water has run under the proverbial bridge but we're still glad to be here and to have long term employees.

     Our specialty is Small Business. We work with many farmers and "Mom and Pop" businesses.  We have many years of experience working to resolve IRS problems for our clients.  Our goal is to "Make Life Less Taxing" for you.
