The staff at Nichols Accounting is here to help your business with tax prep, payroll and sales tax prep, monthly accounting, and to represent you in the event that you have a problem with the IRS. CARLOS NICHOLS, E.A.
Carlos began with tax preparation in 1987, becoming an Enrolled Agent in 1991. He is a native of Missouri and Kansas, but Louisiana has been home since 1990. Carlos is the pilot of the Nichols Accounting ship.

TANYA KOEHN
Tanya is a loyal employee since 1997. She is our payroll expert, also doing income tax and accounting work, as well as sales tax when not globe hopping to see the world's wonders.

RACHEL EDER
Rachel came on board in January of 2018. She graduated the summer before with an accounting degree and we are looking forward to adding her knowledge and abilities in to our talent mix here. She is doing excellent income tax, sales tax, and accounting work. She will likely be taking the CPA exam in the future.

MARCIA RATZLOFF
Marcia started working with us in July 2021. She is our receptionist, does payroll and bookkeeping, and is studying income tax.

SHARON KOEHN
Our receptionist is Sharon Koehn. She's been answering the phone, doing weekly payroll and other important tasks since the beginning of 2022.

ELIEZER PINCHINA
Zèzè came to us in the fall of 2022. He is Carlos' son-in-law from Haiti. He is studying and assisting in office administrative work.
